Motorola has been talking up the wood backs that it plans on releasing for the Moto X. Now instead of reading words, we can get a closeup look at two of the wood versions thanks to evleaks. The notable leakster also adds the tagline “THEY ARE STILL COMING”, written in all caps. The manufacturer said earlier this year that the wood backs would be available for Thanksgiving, but it had to revise that statement at the end of November....

After missing for the majority part of 2017, Lenovo is back with its new mid-range handset: the Lenovo K8 Note. The company unveiled the handset at an event in Delhi, India. Previously, Lenovo used to unveil its new handsets in China first before bringing them to India a few months down the line. This time around though, the company held the K8 Note’s global launch in India. Struggling in the wake of heavy competition from the likes of Xiaomi, Oppo, Huawei, and Vivo, Lenovo has been missing from the smartphone market for quite a few months....

The reputed tipster further leaks that the LG Q6 will come with the same 18:9 display as found in the G6. This falls in line with Technobuffalo’s previous report which also reveals that the smartphone would have nearly 80% screen to body ratio. The LG Q6 is expected to come with a smaller 5.4-inch display. For the uninitiated, the LG G6 comes with 5.7-inch (2,880x1440p) IPS LCD panel. On October 1, LG officially debuted the V10, an Android-based smartphone that features a large display, but boats a secondary display for good measure. Now, at the tail-end of the month, both AT&T and T-Mobile have come forward to announce launch plans for the unique handset. Starting with the Big Blue carrier, AT&T says the handset will go on sale online beginning Tuesday, October 27. It’s been 30 years since China’s first KFC outlet opened. To commemorate this landmark feat, the retail giant has decided to offer up a limited edition smartphone in partnership with Huawei. The phone is colored entirely in Red and comes with the iconic Colonel Sanders marking on the back panel.
